Frequently Asked Questions

Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Our toll-free line and several weekly classes are offered in Spanish, and bilingual handouts are available on request.
Stop. Do not send money, gift cards, crypto, or share any verification code. Hang up and call us at 888-851-9908 — a real person will stay on the line with you.
Not always. Call your bank or card issuer immediately and ask to recall or dispute the transfer, then call us. We’ll help you file reports with the FTC, IC3, and your state’s authorities, and take steps to protect your identity.
We never call to request payment, account numbers, passwords, or verification codes. If anything feels off, hang up and call our published toll-free number, 888-851-9908, directly.
Most of our attendees aren’t. Classes assume no technical background, and a volunteer will call you beforehand to get you connected — or you can join by regular telephone.
We collect only what’s needed to help you, we don’t sell or share your details, and we never ask for banking credentials. Reports shared with authorities are made with your permission.
